How we do it

Qualitative data collection & analysis:
We employ a diverse set of qualitative methodologies, tailoring our approach to the specific issue at hand. Our commonly used methods include on-site and online focus groups, in-depth interviews, in-context observations and interviews (conducted in settings like homes or stores), as well as mobile ethnography.

Quantitative data collection & analysis:
We support our clients with the entire process of conducting a quantitative insights study from questionnaire development to reporting of insights. We offer data collection with your current customer base or through our data collection partners. We offer both web interviews and telephone interviews.

Workshop facilitation & insights activation:
We often run workshops with internal stakeholders as part of insights projects. Workshops are often focused on 1) hypothesis development, 2) from insights to ideation, 3) opportunity space development.
